Return Policy

 

General

The product(s) or item(s) must be in their original packaging in the same condition it was received. The condition is described as “un-used”, “un-damage”, and “original packaging”.  If you wish to return an item, we must receive your request within 21 days from the date you received your item.  When you return an item which is not in the original packaging, a re-stocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund.  A damaged item will not be accepted for refund.


 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, your request will be reviewed and the item will be inspected during processing.  An email notification will be sent to you upon receiving of your item.  We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.


When approved, the refund will be credited via your original method of payment within two weeks.  All payment companies are different in the length of time required to confirm a payment, so it will take additional few days for the refund to show up in your payment account.


 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, we are happy to replace the item for a new one.  Please email contact@merakiwagon.com within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate this process.


 

Return Shipping

To initiate a return process, send your return request to contact@merakiwagon.com within 21 days from the date you received the item.  An email notification will be sent to you with instructions to ship the item for return processing.  You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  We will not include the cost of return shipping in your refund.



Shipping Insurance

If you are shipping an item for return, you must purchase a shipping insurance while shipping the package to ensure your package arrives at our location.  If the item shipped to us is not received, we are unable to process your return request and no refund nor credits for the item will be issued to you.  When you shipped an item with a shipping insurance but the item got lost in transit, you are able to recover the value of the item by filing an insurance claim at the postal office.
