Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and you are subject to the following terms. All orders are filled according to the availability and confirmation of the payment made through the “Site’s” payment processing platform. Order processing times may vary due to availability, handling time and packaging processes. Your order is processed at our shop within 2-3 business days for shipping and all orders are shipped with an insurance at the US postal office. When an order is shipped, you will receive a notification email for confirmation at the email address you provided to us.
To use the “Site” [www.merakiwagon.com], you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable for payment processing. Meraki Wagon retains the right to refuse your request if it is unacceptable to us for any reason. Once your order is accepted on the “Site”, we will notify you by email after processing your order for shipping. When placing an order, you agree to provide true and accurate information to ensure proper handling and delivery of the goods your ordered. By submitting payments for an order, you consent to affirm that you are an authorized user of the credit card used for making payments and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order.
Your Account
As a security measure to protect information and data of the “Site” users and to ensure a safe online shopping experience, all users must register an account in order to place an order on the “Site”. We recommend to safeguard your account with a strong password. Only one account is permitted for one user. Strictly prohibited to share your account with other users in order to protect your profile data and information you stored in your account and to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of the account. You can reset your password for your account as needed.
Your orders
When you place an order, a notification email will be sent to you confirming placement of the order. However, availability of the goods you ordered can only be verified once the order has been processed. A notification email will be sent to you when your order is being shipped to the address you provided at purchase. If for any reason, the goods you ordered on the “Site” are no longer available, a refund will be issued to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order a user places on the “Site”. We may, in rare cases, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order if the goods do not pass quality inspection upon processing an order. In this rare scenario, a notification email will be sent to your email address and a refund will be issued to you. You consent and agree to provide a current, complete, and accurate information to facilitate a successful transaction on the “Site” for all purchases made, and to ensure that notifications will be received at your current email address.
Pricing and Tax
Although we list at our best to include details, descriptions, product images and prices on the “Site”, errors may occur in some cases. If we are unable to contact you via the email address you provided, we will mark the order as cancelled and a refund will be issue to you. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of goods, and applicable sales tax will be added. These fees are clearly displayed at checkout and included in the ‘Total Cost’ for your review prior to submitting your payment.
Payment processing
The “Site” uses Paypal payment including a credit card payment option for processing your payment transaction. Payment processing is securely handled by Paypal via your Paypal account, Venmo or one of your valid credit cards. For security reasons and to better protect your banking information, we do not accept other forms of payment such as checks or e-checks.
Shipping and Handling
We utilize USPS as our primary delivery provider. We offer our customers US Standard Domestic Shipping with an insurance. Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations. Typically, it takes about 2 to 3 business days to complete processing your order for delivery. Delivery time covers handling and shipping time to inspect and ship your orders. A notification email will be sent to your email address once the order is shipped. Look for our emails in your email inbox and spam folder since our emails may not be recognized by your email providers and initially be collected in a spam folder.

Subscription
A registered user is able to place an order on the “Site” and fully utilize ecommerce features from the “Site” for online shopping. Registration adds a layer of protection for users who shop on the “Site”.
To subscribe being on our email list is free whether you are a registered user or not. An unregistered user can subscribe to be on our email list without registering an account. When subscribed to our list, you will receive emails periodically containing information of sale events, helpful tips of the hobby or coupon codes to use at checkout. The subscription feature is a mean to give savings to our users, and enabling those who are interested in the hobby to continue on with their journey. You may unsubscribe at any time for any reason by emailing contact@merakiwagon.com with ‘unsubscribe’ at the subject line or simply click on the unsubscribe link in the email you received and follow the instructions to unsubscribe. You may subscribe again to be on the list at a later time.
Return Policy
Only a return of an “un-used” and “un-damaged” item in its “original” condition will be accepted for a refund within 21 days of date you received the item. Re-stocking fee may apply for a returned item. A return request initiated after 21 days will not be granted. To initiate a return, a user must submit a request in writing via an email with “return” in the subject line of your email. Send your return request email to contact@merakiwagon.com and we will anticipate a return package from you. If you do not email a return request via email, the return process will not be initiated. All items are inspected at our shop during order processing, and pre-shipping photos are taken for all items after inspection. If a returned item is damaged, your item will not be accepted for a refund. When sending a return package to us, shipping cost and shipping insurance fee of the return package are your responsibility to pay and these fees will not be included in the refund. Linking
You may link to our home page only, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation nor take advantage of it. No permission is granted to establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part when none of these forms exists. No permission is granted to establish a link from any other website that is not owned by you. No permission is granted to link to any part of the “Site” other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Indemnity

Complaints
The “Site” describes products and items as accurate as we possibly can. However, the “Site” does not warrant that product descriptions, handling and shipping of your orders are free of errors. A picture is worth a thousand words. We advise our users to always look through our product image photos as they are part of the product descriptions. If you receive a product that was not what you ordered on the “Site”, the un-used item can be returned for shop credits or to exchange for the correct item if the correct item is available in stock within 14 days. When this happened, you need to email us at contact@merakiwagon.com about the error. If you made a purchase and received a product that was not what you ordered on the “Site”, yet decided to keep it, simply let us know by emailing us at contact@merakiwagon.com. We will mark the order as completed and no refund nor exchange will be issued. We operate a complaint handling procedure to resolve errors when they first arise. Any complaints or requests shall be presented in writings via emails. Response to a complaint is processed in a timely manner to help resolving any issue at hand for our customers.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and the “Site” [www.merakiwagon.com].
